By creating an account or using EweLog ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
EweLog is a web-based knitting and crochet companion app that allows you to track yarn, manage projects, use tools and calculators, access an AI advisor, and participate in a community forum. The Service is provided by EweLog ("we", "our", "us").
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use EweLog. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may only create one account per person.
Free Plan: Includes limited yarn stash entries (5), works in progress (3), projects (2), notes (3), 1 photo per item, and 1 AI advisor message per day. The free plan is available indefinitely at no cost.
Pro Plan: Available at £4.99/month or £39.99/year. Includes unlimited stash, WIPs, projects, notes, photos, advisor messages, and data export. Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically until cancelled.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (accessible via your dashboard). Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all content you create on EweLog, including yarn entries, project details, notes, photos, and forum posts. By posting to the community forum, you grant other users the right to view your posts and replies. You may delete your content at any time.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, threatening, or that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
The Ewe Advisor provides AI-generated suggestions based on your yarn stash and questions. Responses are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI advice regarding pattern construction, yarn quantities, or techniques. Always verify critical measurements and instructions independently.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
The EweLog name, logo, design, and code are the property of EweLog. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission. Knitting patterns uploaded to your personal library remain your property (or the property of the original designer).
We aim to keep EweLog available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will always give users the ability to export their data before any significant changes.
Your use of EweLog is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.
EweLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted unless required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
